This fiber will be available in its raw form as sheared from our animals as well as spun yarn. 	Meghan's Chocolates www.meghanschocolates.com We are a small group of confectioners/bakers that work out of our home in Weare, N.H. Baking and cooking have always been in our blood. In 6th grade Meghan knew that she wanted to be a caterer! That being said, she spent two years in high school at what is now called the Manchester School of Technology (back then it was called 'Skill Center') coming in second place in the state wide VICA competition. We will be trying some specialty and heirloom varieties to add more interest and diversity to the selections. Varieties include but not limited to greens of many types such as mustard mix, arugula, salad mix and head lettuce.
