If you are not comfortable placing an order through the Internet, you may place your order by telephone. If the phone lines are busy and you receive a recorded message, please leave a message with the details of your order including the names of the products, a credit card number, the ship-to address as well as a phone number in which we can call you back.

Pay by Check or Money Order Using Our
Printable Order Form
If you do not have a credit card, you may make your payment with a personal check or money order. Please print out the printable order form, attach your payment, and mail it to the address provided on the form.

Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, send an e-mail within 12 hours to customerservice@gardenplum.com. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Shipping Charges
We ship two ways; U.S. Priority Mail (2-5 business day delivery), and U.S. Express Mail (Overnight). SHIPPING CHARGES are calculated according to U.S. Post Office rates. To easily obtain your shipping cost, add a product to your cart and look at the top left corner of your screen. In the area entitled "My Basket", there will be a link entitled "Shipping Rates". Click that link, enter your zip code and obtain your shipping cost. Express Mail (Overnight) shipping is available at an additional cost.
