The ingredients included are digestive aids, heart warming, stomach settling, anti-viral, immune boosting and cleansing. Ingredients: Organic Peppermint, Dill Weed, Anise Seed, Echinacea Purpurea Root, Licorice Root & a very small amount of Gravel Root. Serving Size is 1 level tablespoon, contains 20 servings.

Directions: Place 1 level tablespoon in a teaball or tea strainer. Place tea ball or strainer in mug. Pour hot water into mug. Cover and let sit (steep) for 10 minutes. Remove cover & drink.
