Release Emotions Trapped in the Solar Plexus, the Heart, the Throat. Stone of World Peace. As a solar plexus stone, Chrysocolla helps to ease fear, anxiety, and guilt. Our solar plexus is the chakra located just under the rib cage in the soft belly. It is where all external experiences "come into" our being. When hateful words are sent our way, this is where they go in (if we choose to let them). In Hawaiian tradition, the solar plexus, or belly is referred to as the "bowl of light". Hawaiians believe that we need to keep our bowl full of light, not full of hateful words and bad life experiences. In a chakra balancing layout it can be effectively combined with rhodochrosite. Rhodochrosite helps to relax the diaphragm so that full, deep breathing is possible; then chrysocolla helps to release the emotions which accumulate in the solar plexus.
